脑梗死患者治疗前后血ET-1 CGRP NO测定的临床意义

摘    要:目的 观察血ET 1、CGRP和NO水平在脑梗死患者治疗前后变化的意义。方法 应用放射免疫分析法测定血浆ET 1、CGRP ,硝酸还原酶比色法测定血清NO ,分别对 6 0例脑梗死患者治疗前后血液中ET 1、CGRP和NO含量进行测定。结果 脑梗死患者治疗前血浆ET 1含量及ET 1/CGRP与ET 1/NO比值均明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,CGRP与NO含量明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;经综合治疗 2周后 ,血浆ET 1、CGRP及血清NO含量逐渐恢复到正常对照组水平。结论 血ET 1、CGRP与NO含量与脑梗死密切相关 ,检测血浆ET 1、CGRP和血清NO含量 ,以及通过ET 1/CGRP和ET 1/NO比值的观察 ,对脑梗死患者的疗效观察和预后评价可能有重要的价值

Abstract:Objective To explore the changes of the level of endotheliolysin(ET-1),calcitonin gene-related peptamine(CGRP) and nitric oxide no in patients with cerebral infarction before and after treatment.Methods The levels of ET-1 and CGRP in plasma and the level of NO in serum in 60 cases of cerebral infarction were determined through radioimmunoassay and nitrate reductase,colorimetry respectively.Results The level of ET-1,the ratio of ET-1 and CGRP and the ratio of ET-1 and NO were all found higher than those in the contrast group (P<0.01),while the levels of CGRP and NO were much lower than those in the contrast group (P<0.01).The levels of ET-1,CGRP and NO restored to the normal values after treatment in contrast with those in the contrast group.Conclusion The levels of ET-1,CGRP and NO were closely related to the occurrence of cerebral infarction.The determination of NO,ET-1 and CGRP and the calculation of the ratio of ET-1 and CGRP and the ratio of ET-1 and NO can help to study the curative effects and evaluate the prognosis.
