| 摘 要： | 作者采用抗VWF单克隆抗体的双抗夹心ELISA法,对38例急性白血病(AL)患者不同时期的VWF水平进行了51例次检测。结果显示,初诊和复发的患者VWF水平明显高于正常;缓解期患者,除个别高于正常外,余皆低于正常。作者对AL患者各期VWF水平变化的临床意义进行了扼要地讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper reported the results of the measurement of von willebrand factor(VWF) levels by using the ELISA method of double monoclonal antibodies against VWF in different stages of 38 cases of acute leukemia(AL). The average VWF level of 25 untreated patients was 198.1%, much higher than the normal level of 93.8%(t<0.01). Two of them who had lower than normal VWF level died from organ hemorrhage. Five of them who had average VWF level of 300% reached complete remission. Six relapsed patients had a high a level of 187.2%. The mean VWF level of twenty patients in complete remission(CR) was 113.2%(P>0.05). The levels in four of them were higher than normal, the level of the remaining sixteen patients was 61.9%(P<0.01). This paper suggested that the VWF levels might serve as a clinical parameter for active, relapsing or CR stage of AL after ruling out some specific conditions. |
