| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CT扫描在颈椎损伤中的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析32例颈椎损伤的CT与平片检查资料。结果：骨折28例（其中6例伴脱位），单纯脱位4例，合并伤10例。结论：CT对颈椎损伤的检出率明显高于平片，能清晰显示其损伤的细节，并对判断失稳及椎管狭窄的程度均有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the diagnostic value of CT in cervicalspine trauma.Methods:CT and X ray findings of 32 cases of cervical spine trauma were analyzed and compared retrospectively.Results:There were 28 cases of cervical spine fracture,from which 6 cases accompanied with dislocation,4 cases of simple dislocation and 10 cases of complex injuries.Conclusion:The detectability of cervical spine trauma is much higher by CT than X rays plain films.CT can clearly show the trauma in details and play an important role in judgement of instability and narrowing degree of the spinal canal. |
