泰安农村高血压发病现状

目的 了解泰安市农村高血压发病情况。方法在86万社区农村人口中进行整群抽样调查。结果被抽样的35岁及以上人口的高血压患病率为26．04％，标化患病率为24．38％，Ⅰ级高血压患病率为15．73％，Ⅱ级高血压患病率为7．53％，Ⅲ级高血压患病率为2．96％。各类高血压并发症发生率为22．23％。高血压的知晓率为65．6％，治疗率为23．12％，控制率为8．29％。正常人群中有23．6％的人具有高血压高危因素。结论需普及预防高血压的知识，利用社区卫生服务机构对高血压者进行系统管理。

A present study on hypertension population in rural areas

Objective: To study the epidemiological features of hypertension in rural areas of Taian city. Methods: Sample investigation was carried out involving a population of 860,000 in rural community. Results: The rate of hypertension was 26.04%. Rates of it's awareness, treatment and control among the hypertension population were 65.6%, 48.3% and 8.29% respectively. High risk factors of hypertension existed in 23.6% of the nonhypertensive population. Conclusion: The popularization of hypertensive knowledge is needed and community-health-service should be provided for the hypertensive paitents systematically.
