摘    要:碳-钛组合式人工股骨头是一种由碳质股骨头和钛合金柄两部分组成的新型人工股骨头,其结合部采用丙烯酸类粘固剂充填粘固,碳质股骨头是以高强度石墨为基体,外涂含硅低温热解各向同性碳做成;股骨柄系TC;钛合金经热模压锻造成型,表面具有凸点结构。经12年的大量临床应用证明,碳-钛组合式人工股骨头为目前人工股骨头中最优者之一,具有推广应用价值,并已取得发明专利(专利号2118508)。

Abstract:Carbon-Titanium-Combined Femoral Head Prosthesis is composed of the carbon head and titanium alloy stem jointed by "bonecement. The carbon head consists of the substrate of isotropic graphite of high density and high strength and the low temperature pyrolytic isotropic carbon deposited on the surface of the substrate. The titanium alloy stem is processed by hot-pressed forge from titanium alloy material TC_4 (Ti-6AL-4V) and the surface exhibits protrusion point structure. This femoral head Prosthesis has been clinically applied for 12 years, and most of the cases have had satisfactory outcome. It is one of the best artificial femoral heads and has been patented (No. 2118508).
