ISO9000质量管理体系在医院护理质量管理中的实践研究

目的　建立符合国际标准的医院护理质量管理体系 ,为患者提供全面的、整体的、高质量的护理服务。方法　根据ISO 90 0 0质量管理体系的具体要求 ,通过采取系统培训、体系文件的建立运行、建立评估机制、持续改进等措施 ,在护理质量管理中建立并实施了ISO 90 0 0护理质量管理体系。结果　实施ISO90 0 0护理质量管理体系使医院的护理管理更加科学、护理服务流程更加合理、护理文书书写更加规范、护理质量明显提高 ,患者满意度稳步上升。结论　ISO 90 0 0护理质量管理体系 ,使护理质量管理与国际质量管理接轨 ,为护理管理注入了新的活力 ,为护理学的发展提供新的内容。

APPLICATION OF ISO 9000 STANDARDIZED QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM IN HOSPITAL NURSING QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Objective The aim is to set up ISO 9000 nursing quality control system consistent with international standard, supplying general, holistic, high standard nursing service for patients. Methods According to the requirement of ISO 9000 quality control system, nursing department in our hospital conduct ISO 9000 nursing quality control system by take measures, such as training, setting up and carrying out systemic document, establish assessment regulation, continue to improve. Results ISO 9000 nursing control system gradually enabled the management of nursing more scientific, the procedure of nursing service more reasonable, the documents of nursing more qualified, the quality of nursing obviously improved, and the satisfaction degree of patients increased. Conclusions ISO 9000 quality control system upgrade nursing quality management to international standard, it brings vigor to nursing management, supplies new contents for nursing science.
