| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卒中后抑郁(PSD)及脑卒中患者血脂水平的差异,为其临床诊治寻找更多的实验室依据。方法对50例PSD及50例脑卒中非抑郁患者分别进行血脂检测,并将结果与对照组进行比较。结果PSD患者血清总胆固醇(TC)水平高于对照组和脑卒中组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),而血清甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)与脑卒中组和对照组比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);脑卒中组与对照组各指标比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);相关分析显示PSD组患者的TC与汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)得分及自评抑郁量表(SDS)得分呈显著正相关(r=0.34和0.37,P<0.01),其余血脂指标浓度与量表测定得分无相关性(P>0.05)。结论TC水平测定可作为PSD患者的诊断和治疗指标应用于临床。
