氨磷汀对肺癌TP方案化疗的周围神经保护作用观察

目的观察氨磷汀对接受TP（紫杉醇＋顺铂）方案化疗的肺癌患者周围神经的保护作用。方法选取60例Ⅲ-Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌，随机分为两组，对照组30例；TP方案化疗：紫杉醇135mg／m2ivgttd1，（紫杉醇前行预处理），顺铂30mgivgttd1-5；治疗组：化疗方案同对照组，化疗前30分钟，氨磷汀400mg＋生理盐水50ml，ivgtt，15分钟滴完，每分钟测量血压1次。治疗4个周期后评价周围感觉神经和运动神经毒副作用。结果两组化疗后周围神经毒性反应，治疗组明显低于对照组，两者有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论氨磷汀能明显减轻紫杉醇和顺铂化疗引起的周围神经毒性反应。

Observation of the AmifostineEffeots of Receiving IP Chemotherapy in Patients with Lung Cancer of the Protective Effect of Peripheral Nerve.

Objective To observe the amifostine effects of receiving TP （Paclitaxel Combined Cisplatin ） chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer of the protective effect of peripheral nerve. Methods Sixty cases of Ⅲ-Ⅳnonsmall-cell lung cancer were randomly devided into treatment group and control group（30 cases）. The control group received TP chemotherapy： Paclitaxel 135 mg/m2 ivgtr dl, （Taxol pre-treatment before）, DDP 30 mg ivgtt dl-5; treatment group： Chemotherapy with the same control group, 30 minutes before chemotherapy, amifostine 400 mg added normal saline 50 ml, ivgtt, droping in 15 minutes, blood pressure measured per minute. To Evaluate the toxicity of around the sensory nerve and motor neuron after 4 cycles treatment. Resu Its Two sets of peripheral neuropathy after chemotherapy toxicity, the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.There was difference between two groups（P〈0.05）; Conclusion Amifostine can significantly reduce the paclitaxel and DDP chemotherapy-induced peripheral nerve toxicity.
