| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨外鼻基底细胞癌的治疗方法，提高其诊治水平，同时使治疗对外貌的影响减小到最低限度。方法：肿瘤切除＋全层皮瓣I期修复＋术后放疗，结果：移植皮瓣愈合良好。10例患均治愈出院，术后随访6个月－10年未复发。结论：对外鼻基底细胞癌的治疗彻底清除病灶的同时，尽可能考虑到美容情况。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study veating method and to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of basall cell carcinona of external nose.Methods All patients were treated by sargical excision skin-flap and radiation. Results All patients were followed up after surgery 6 months-loyears. No recurrent case was found Conclusion Surgical excisim of carcinona was principle method of the treatmend and beauty should be consided. |
