| 摘 要： | 本文报道39例老年病人应用肝素与酚妥拉明等治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭的治疗效果。其中6例属于呼吸衰竭Ⅰ型,33例属呼吸衰竭Ⅱ型。呼吸衰竭的诊断根据是:(1)Ⅰ型:P_2O_2<60mmHg,PaCO_2正常(25～35mmHg)或减低;(2)Ⅱ型:PaO_2<60mmHg,PaCO_2>50mmHg。结果:34例痊愈,5例死于弥漫性血管内凝血。感染性休克等。

| Abstract: | This paper reperts the curative effect of Heparin and Phentolamine etc. for respiratory failure (RF) of COPD on 39 patients. Six cases belonged to type Ⅰ of RF, while 33 cases belonged to type Ⅱ of RF. The bases of diagnosis of RF are: (1)Type Ⅰ: PaO_2<60mmHg, PaCO_2 normal (25～35mmHg) or decrease; (2)Type Ⅱ: PaO_2<60mmHg, PaCO_2>50mmHg. The results showed: 34 cases were on the mend, and 5 cases died of DIC or infectious shock etc. |
