家属共同参与陪伴分娩的实践与效果分析

目的进一步提高产妇分娩护理质量。方法选择2002年10~12月在我院住院分娩的产妇100例为陪伴分娩组,在一对一责任制陪伴分娩基础上让家属参与陪伴分娩,并取2001年6~8月在我院住院单纯实施一对一责任制陪伴分娩的产妇100例为传统分娩组,观察不同陪伴方法对两组产妇剖宫产率、产程时间、出血量和新生儿窒息发生情况的影响。结果陪伴分娩组产妇剖宫产率由11%下降到6%,第一、第二产程和总产程时间明显缩短,出血量明显减少,两组数据经t检验有显著性差异(P<0.05),新生儿窒息率两组无显著性差异。结论家属参与陪伴分娩进一步提高了产科护理质量。

The practice and effects of accompanying labor by families

Objective To improve the quality of nursing parturients at labor. Methods 100 patients admitted into our hospital from October to December 2002 as the experimental group were accompanied by their families in additional of one-to-one nursing companion during delivery, and another 100 parturients from June to August 2001 as controls just underwent one-to-one nurse'companion at delivery. The cesarean rate, labor stages, hemorrhage volume and the neonatal asphyxia caused by the two labor methods were compared. Results In the experimental group, the cesarean rate lowered from 11% to 6%, the first, second and total labor process were significantly shortened, the volume of hemorrhage markedly reduced. The statistics showed significant difference in all the items between the two groups (P<0.05) except the neonatal asphyxia rate. Conclusion Accompanying labor by families can raise the qua-lity of nursing in the obstetric department.
