彩超对100例下肢静脉曲张症的病因诊断及分析

目的　探讨彩超在诊断下肢静脉曲张症原因中的价值。方法　对 10 0例临床疑诊下肢静脉曲张症的患肢静脉血管进行探测 ,并追踪扫查髂静脉 ,必要时扫查下腔静脉 ,对引起下肢静脉曲张的不同病因的超声特征进行分析 ,并与X线造影对照或随访观察临床疗效。结果　下肢深静脉血栓形成 (DVT ) 3 6例 ;原发性深静脉瓣膜功能不全(PDVI) 2 1例 ;布加氏综合征 (BCS) 5例 ;先天性髂静脉受压综合征 (Cockett综合征 ) 2例 ;左位下腔静脉 (IVC)畸形 1例 ;单纯下肢静脉曲张 3 5例。结论　与临床物理诊断及X线造影相比较 ,彩超无创、简便、安全、可靠 ,是理想的血管病变的检查手段。

Diagnosis and analysis of color Doppler flow imaging in 100 patients with lower extremity venous engorgement

Objective To observe the value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI)in finding the reasons of lower extremity with venous engorgement (LEVE).Methods Veins of lower extremity in 100 patients who were suspected to be LEVE were observed by ultrasonography,and Lliac Veins were tracked,IVC was observed if it was necessary.We analyzed the different pathogenesis causing LEVE and ultrasonographie characteristies of LEVE,and compared with angiography,or followcd up thc clinical effect.Results DVT 36 cases;PDVI 21 cases;BCS 5 cases;Cockett snydrome 2 cases;IVC located left 1 cases;pure LEVE 35 cases.Conclusions Compared with physical diagnosis and angiography,CDFI, as a non-invasive,simple and safe method,is a good mean in examing the pathological blood vessels.
