评价零缺陷理论在手术室护理管理中的应用效果

目的 探讨手术室零缺陷护理模式在手术室护理实践中的应用效果.方法 选取枣庄市市中区人民医院手术室开展的100台手术,其中2012年1月至12月的45台常规护理手术作为对照组,2013年1月至12月的零缺陷护理开展后55台作为观察组,对患者满意度、医师满意度、缺陷发生率以及护理质量评分等指标进行观察和比较.结果 与对照组相比,观察组患者与医师满意度明显提高,缺陷发生率明显降低,手术相关指标明显改善,护理质量评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 通过零缺陷护理,手术室护理人员能够针对性做出科学、有效的护理方案,提高手术室整体护理素质.

Zero defect theory evaluation in nursing management in operation room

Objective To investigate the effect of zero defect operation room nursing models in the operation room in nursing practice.Methods One hundred operations in centrocl people＇ s hospital of Zaozhuang were selected,45 cases from January 2012 to December who were given routine nursing as the control group,55 cases from January 2013 to December who were given zero defect nursing as the observation group.The satisfaction of patients,doctors＇ satisfaction,defect rate and quality of care scores were observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group patients and physician satisfaction significantly increased,the defect incidence significantly reduced,relevant indicators significantly improved,operation,nursing quality score increased obviously,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Through the zero defects in nursing,nursing staff in operation room nursing scheme can make scientific,effective,improve the quality of holistic nursing in operation room.
