晚期非鳞非小细胞肺癌治疗新进展

肺癌是目前全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其中80%的患者为非小细胞肺癌，严重威胁着人们的身体健康。近年来多学科综合治疗水平有了较大的进步，但由于缺乏有效地早期筛查手段，将近一半患者就诊时已属晚期，同时有相当数量的早期患者在接受治疗后会出现复发和转移。目前对于晚期非鳞非小细胞肺癌的治疗，主要是以化疗、分子靶向治疗及生物免疫治疗等全身综合治疗为主。本文就分子靶向治疗、生物免疫治疗、生物化疗对晚期非鳞非小细胞肺癌治疗的新进展做一综述。

Therapy progression for advanced non-squamous non-small-cell lung cancer

Lung cancer is one of the most common malignancies all over the world,and non-small cell lung cancer accounts for 80% of lung cancer,which affects the peoples’healthy seriously. Recently,although the level of multidisciplinary treatment made great progress,nearly half of the patients emerged advanced stage when treated. And a considerable number of patients have early recurrence and metastasis after treatment. In recently,for the therapy of Non-squamous NSCLC,which mainly consists of chemotherapy,molecular targeted therapy,biological immunotherapy,and so on. In this paper,we will do a review on these therapies for non-squamous NSCLC.
