摘    要:目的探讨数字化骨科技术在人工髋关节置换术中的应用。方法自2013-01—2013-12对12例髋关节周围疾病需要行人工髋关节置换术者采用计算机软件技术,术前将CT扫描数据导入Mimics软件建立骨盆和股骨近端的三维模型,计算机辅助分析髋臼及股骨近端的情况,确定合适的假体大小,并在计算机上模拟假体安装的手术过程,最后按照预定的手术方案实施手术。结果所有患者均获得随访6-10个月,平均8个月。末次随访时髋关节功能Harris评分:优6例,良5例,可1例。结论计算机三维重建、计算机辅助分析和模拟人工髋关节置换过程能提高手术的准确性和安全性,在人工髋关节置换术中具有良好的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate application and therapeutic effect of digital orthopedic techniques in hip arthroplasty.Methods Twelve patients with disease around hip were treated hip arthroplasty from January 2013 to December 2013. Data of CT scanning were imported into Mimics software, and 3D anatomical models of pelvic and proximate femur were reconstructed. Computer-assisted analysis was carried out to understand the condition of acetabular and proximate femur, to choose appropriate prosthesis, estimate prosthesis size before operation, total hip arthroplasty were performed according to surgical planning based on computer-aided simulation. Results All patients were followed up from 6 to 10 months, with the average of 8 months. According to Harris score, 6 cases had excellent results, 5 cases good and 1 case fair. Conclusion With the help of digital orthopedic techniques of 3D computer reconstruction, computer assisted analysis and computer simulation,the accuracy and safety can be promoted in the hip arthroplasty.
