摘    要:目的了解试验场区人员皮肤癣菌病种类、发病率、传播途径,探索有效的预防措施和治疗手段。方法选择18~38岁男性人员757人作为调查研究对象,分为试验场区和非试验场区两组,对足癣、手癣、体股癣进行真菌学检测并分组实施外用药物治疗。结果试验场区人员皮肤癣菌病发病率高于非试验场区人员,足癣发病率最高,病原菌主要是红色毛癣菌,酮康唑涂膜剂、抗菌洗脚液疗效好。结论皮肤癣菌病影响参试人员身体健康,积极预防和治疗至关重要。

Abstract:Objective To investigate type,incidence rate,transmission way of dermatophytes for personnel in test field, to explore preventive measure and treat method.Methods Study in 757 cases , ranging from 18 to 38 years old,fungus of tinea pedis,tinea manus,tinea corporis and tinea cruris were examined,divided into groups and cured by medicines for external.Results Incidence rate of test field were higher than that of Malan area’s,incidence rate of tinea pedis was the highest,the main pathogen was red trichophyton.Curative effect of Ketoconazole film and anti-Bact foot cleanser were better.Conclusion Dermatophytes influenced health of man of test. It was very important that taking actively preventive measure and treating method.
