香丹注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

目的:观察香丹注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效及安全性。方法:糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者141例,随机分为治疗组94例和对照组47例,对照组予控制饮食、运动及降糖药常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用香丹注射液联合甲钴胺静脉滴注治疗。治疗前及疗程结束后观察临床症状和肌电图的变化。结果:两组治疗后在肢体麻木、膝反射减弱及感觉运动神经传导速度方面均有改善,治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:香丹注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Clinical observation of the curative effect of xiangdan injection combined with mecobalamin in diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of xiangdan injection combined with mecobalamin in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:141 diabetes patients with DPN were randomly divided into treatment group(94 patients) and control group(47 patients).All were treated with regular hypoglycemic agent,control diet and exercise,besides this,the treatment group was added with xiangdan injection combined with mecobalamin by intravenous drip.The clinical symptoms and electromyogram before and after treatment were observed.Results:All patients had obvious improvement in the numbness of organism,weak of knee reflex and conduction speed of sensomotor nerve.The improvement degree of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiangdan injection combined with mecobalamin was an effective and safe mode of treatment in patients with DPN.
