肇庆市2003-2006年放射工作人员个人剂量监测与分析

目的了解肇庆市2003-2006年放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果，用以评价职业危害和防护效果。方法按照《放射工作人员个人剂量监测方法》的要求，采用热释光剂量方法进行监测。结果肇庆市放射工作人员外照射人均年剂量当量范围在0．34—0．53mSv／a之间。结论肇庆市放射工作人员在现有条件下工作是安全的，但应加强部分乡镇级医院防护条件和提高放射工作人员的自我防护意识。

Monitoring and Analysis of Individual Dose among Radiation Workers from 2003-2006

[Objective] To understand monitoring results of individual dose among radiation workers from 2003-2006, so as to evaluate occupational hazard and protective effect. [ Methods] According to ＂personal dose radiotherapy staff monitoring methods,＂ TLD method was used to monitoring. [ Results ] External annual person average dose equivalents of radiation workers in Zhaoqing city was between 0.34 -0.53 mSv/a. [ Conclusion] It is safe for radiation workers to work under current conditions, however some township-level hospitals＂ protection conditions should be strengthened and serf-protection awareness of radiation worker should be improved.
