| 摘 要： | 应用改良的Ｓｔｅｆｅ手术方法治疗腰椎滑脱２６例，２３例腰腿痛消失，３例好转；完全复位的１６例，部分复位的１０例。该手术方法能对腰椎滑脱起到复位和固定作用，且手术操作简便易行。同时强调了减压和融合也是本手术不可缺少的步聚。

| Abstract: | Modified Steffee operation was performed on 26 patients with Spondylolisthesis.Of them,23 patients had recovery and 3 with remission;16 patients got complete reduction and 10 got partial reduction.This operative method is functional for reduction and fixation.It is simple and easy to operate.It is emphasized that the depression of vertebral canal and fusion of bone graft are necessary in this operation. |
