亚洲与非洲维和官兵心理健康状况的比较及干预研究

目的 探讨亚洲三国(孟加拉国、印度、巴基斯坦)与非洲三国(尼日利亚、纳米比亚、加纳)维和官兵心理健康状况的差异,并观察对其实施心理干预的效果.方法 用中国军人心理健康量表(Chinese Military Mental Health Scale,CMMHS)对亚洲三国380名官兵与非洲三国维和290名官兵的心理健康状况进行评估,并对发生心理障碍者进行相应的心理干预.结果 维和前(心理干预前)亚洲与非洲维和官兵的CMMHS各因子均无明显差异(P>0.05)[CMMHS总分分别为(34.09±4.10)分,(34.75±4.38)分].心理干预后亚、非洲维和官兵的CMMHS总分及各因了分均显著降低,且亚洲较非洲维和官兵降低明显[CMMHS总分分别为(31.76±4.32)分,(32.43±3.97)分](t=0.512～3.769,P=0.000～0.029).多因素分析提示,年龄、军龄等因素与亚、非洲维和官兵CMMHS因子无明显的相关关系.结论 非洲维和官兵心理健康受到的影响较亚洲明显.亚、非维和官兵的心理问题经心理干预后效果显著.

A comparison and intervention study on mental health of Asian and African peacekeepers

Objective To explore the difference between mental health of the Asian (Bangladeshi, Indian, Pakistani) and African (Nigerian, Namibian, Ghanaian) peacekeepers, and observe the effect of the mental intervention to the peacekeepers who suffered troubles. Methods 380 Asian peacekeepers and 290 African peacekeepers from random sampling were investigated by Chinese Military Mental Health Scale(CMMHS). Mental intervention was performed to those produced mental disorder. Results Before peacekeeping mission (before mental intervention), there were no significant differences between CMMHS each factor score of asian and African peacekeepers (the total scores were 34.09 ±4. 10,34.75 ±4. 38, P>0. 05). There were significant decrease in total scores and each factor score of CMMHS of Asian and African peacekeepers after mental intervention, moreover, Asian peacekeepers decreasing more obviously ( CMMHS total scores were 31. 76 ±4. 32,32. 43 ± 3. 97) ( t = 0.512 ～ 3.769, P = 0.000 ～ 0.029). The CMMHS factors of the Asian and African peacekeepers had no significant correlation with their age, military years, et al by multi-factor analysis. Conclusion There is an more obviously influence on mental health of peacekeepers of the African than the Asian, while mental intervention shows a good effect on them.
