固尔苏预防早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床观察

目的探讨固尔苏预防早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）的疗效。方法将胎龄≤32周,体重≤1500g的同条件早产儿51例随机分为2组进行临床研究,预防组22例,出生后2h气管内滴入固尔苏;对照组29例,未应用固尔苏。结果预防组发生NRDS、死亡及需要机械通气例数较对照组少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论预防性应用固尔苏可降低NRDS的发病率、减轻病情,减少辅助通气的应用,减少并发症的发生。

Curative Effect of Curosurf in Prevention Respiratory Distress Syndrome of Premature Infants

Objective To investigate the effect of Curosurf in prevention of respiratory distress syndrome （NRDS） of premature infants. Methods 51 premature infants with gestational age of 27 - 32 weeks and birth weight of 900 - 1 500 g were assigned to be prevented from NRDS. 22 cases in the treatment group were administrated with Curosurf through trachea by dripping within 2 h after delivery while 29 cases in the control group without. Results The incidences of NRDS,mortality and mechanical ventilation dependence in the treatment group were obviously less than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The preventive administration with Curosurf for premature infants can reduce the rate of NRDS and mechanical ventilation dependence, decrease mortality and complication, and improve the prognosis.
