口服硫酸镁加糖盐水行肠道清洁的研究

目的：本研究的目的是为了找到一种清洁肠道的好方法。方法：将100ml50%硫酸镁用100ml5%糖盐水稀释成25％的硫酸镁200ml后一次口服完。然后让病人在2h内分3次口服共1400ml5%的糖盐水。结果：共有500例口服25％硫酸镁的病人及120例口服蕃泻叶及360例灌肠病人在肠镜下进行了观察。共肠道清洁率分别是100％、80％、70％。口服硫酸镁和清洁灌肠经X^2检验具有显著性差异。结论：这种方法能彻底清洁肠道，而且能缩短诊断或手术前肠道准备时间，因此提高了诊断率和手术成功率，省时省力，操作简单，安全。

Study on cleaning the intestine by takin g magnesium sulfate and glucose saline

Objective:To find out a new method of bowel cleaning.Methods:100ml of 50% magnesium sulphate and 100ml of 5% glucose saline were diluted to 200ml of 25% magnesium sulphate and be taken for one time.then the patient ate up 1400ml of 5% glucose saline for 3 times within 2 hours.Results:Total 500 Patients who had taken 25% magnesium sulphate and 120 patients who had taken senna and 360patients of cleaning enema were observed by entroscopy.And their intestind cleaning rate is 100%,80%,70%.taking magnesium sulphate and cleaning enema has signifitant sulphate (p<0.001) by X 2 test Conclusions:This way not only can clean the intestine thoroughly but also can reduce the time before diagnosis or the time of bowel cleaning before operation,so it can raise diagnosis rate and success rate of operation,which can save time and energy at the same time.Besides,it is satety and its maniplulating is simple.
