| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在颅内动脉瘤治疗中实施临床路径的可行性和效果。方法 2008年11月至2009年4月收治45例颅内动脉瘤患者并实施临床路径,与2008年4-10月收治的45例进行比较,分析实施临床路径前后患者的住院天数、并发症发生率、总住院费用等情况。结果实施临床路径后,颅内动脉瘤患者的住院天数、住院总费用及并发症发生率均较之前减少,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05)。结论在颅内动脉瘤治疗中实施临床路径有效降低了患者住院天数、费用和并发症的发生。
