经皮微创坚强内固定治疗颧骨骨折的疗效观察

目的:探讨经皮微创坚强内固定在颧骨骨折中的效果。方法:对2003—2009年收治的342例颧骨骨折患者,采用Zingg分类法分成3类。根据分类特点,采用相应的经皮微创切开复位坚强内固定,通过术后CT及面形改变程度来判定治疗效果。结果:342例患者中,19例发生感染,其余伤口均一期愈合。所有患者术后面形对称,CT见骨折断端对位良好,面部微创切口瘢痕极其轻微,不影响美观。结论:采用经皮微创坚强内固定治疗颧骨骨折具有创伤小、面部瘢痕轻微、术后并发症少等优点,是一种较理想的颧骨骨折治疗方法。

Clinical study of internal rigid fixation of zygomatic fracture through percutaneous minimally invasive approach

PURPOSE:To evaluate the efficacy of internal rigid fixation of zygomatic fracture through percutaneous minimally invasive approach.
