睾丸外伤36例临床报告

为提高睾丸外伤的诊治水平。对1983年1月-1998年1月收治的36例外伤进行回顾性分析。其中双侧睾丸损伤1例，手术26例，保守治疗10例，16例经手术证实后B超诊断睾丸损伤的准确率为93．7％，早期手术19例中睾丸切除率5%(1／19)，保守治疗致延期手术率41%(7／17)，手术时睾丸切除率43%(3／7)，保守治疗中有4例睾丸萎缩。结论:B超诊断睾丸损伤准确率高，具有重要价值，早期手术可显著降低睾丸切除率，防止睾丸萎缩，从而保全性功能和生殖能力。

Clinical Report on 36 Cases of Testicle Injury

36 cases of Tesicle injury were treated from Jan 1983 to Jan 1998. The results show one case was two sides testicles injury. 26 cases were undertaken surgical operation, 10 cases being undertaken conservative therapy. 16 cases after being undergone the operation confirmed that the diagnose accuracy of testicle damage by ultrasound reached to 93. 7%. Among 19 cases at early stage operation, the rate that testicle had been removed was 5% (1/19), the rate due to the conservative therapy resulted in delaying the operation was 41(7/17), the rate during the operation the testicle has been cut off was 43% (3/7). Among the conservative therapies, there were 4 cases of testicle atroply. The diagnose accuracy of testicle damage by ultrasound was very high, it has important application value, and operation done at early stage could significantly reduce the rate of testicle being removed and prevent the testicle from atrophy, so that the sexal and reproduction ability can be remained intact.
