| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨睾丸横过异位的病因、诊断和处理。方法 报道1例睾丸横过异位行睾丸精索松解复位固定。结果 随访12个月，患者睾丸血流正常。结论 睾丸横过异位是一种罕见的解剖异常，病因不明，宜采用手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the etiology, diagnosis and management of transverse testicular ectopia（TFE）. Methods 1 case of TFE was reported,orchidopexy was performed. Results 12 months after operation, vascular supply of the testis was normal. Conclusion Transverse testicular ectopia is a rare anatomic abnormality. The etiology of TFE is unclear. The excellent management is operation. |
