阴道白念珠菌细胞外磷脂酶活力测定

目的　探讨白念珠菌细胞外磷脂酶活力与外阴阴道念珠菌病的关系。方法　随机选择外阴阴道念珠菌病患者和无症状携带者 ,采用卵黄平皿方法测定其阴道白念珠菌分离株的细胞外磷脂酶活力。结果　患者组细胞外磷脂酶阳性菌株的检出率及其磷脂酶的活力均显著高于携带者组 (P值均 <0 .0 0 1)。结论　白念珠菌细胞外磷脂酶可能是引起外阴阴道念珠菌病的重要毒力因子之一。

Testing for the Extracellular Phospholipase Activity of Candida Albican in Vaginae

Objective To compare the extracellular phospholipase activities of candida albican strains in vaginae isolated from the vulvovaginal candidosis (VVC) patients and asymptomatic carriers,respectively,to investigate the correlation between vulvovaginal candidosis and the extracellular phospholipase activity of Candida albicans.Methods The VVC patients and asymptomatic carriers were selected randomly,and the Candida albican strains isolated from their vaginal discharge were tested for the extracellular phospholipase activities by means of an egg-yelk-containing plate. Results The ratio of extracellular phospholipase positive strains or the activity of extracellular phospholipase was significantly higher in the VVC patients group than that in the carriers group( P <0.001,respectively).Conclusion The results indicated that extracellular phospholipase is probably an important virulence factor in the pathogenesis of vulvovaginal candidosis.
