| 摘 要： | 目的研究六味地黄口服液中马钱苷的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法,C18柱;流动相:四氢呋喃-乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸(1∶8∶4∶87);检测波长为236 nm。结果平均加样回收率为100.33%,RSD=3.43%(n=6)。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于六味地黄口服液的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of loganin in Liuweidihuang oral liquid.Methods HPLC was carried out with C_(18 )column and tetrahydrofuran-acetonitrile-methanol-0.05%phosphoric acid(1∶8∶4∶87) as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was at 236nm.Results The average recovery was 100.33%,RSD was 3.43%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate with good reproducibility and can be used in quality control of Liuweidihuang oral solution. |
