| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑出血（ICH）患者血管紧张素转换酶（ACE）I/D基因多态性,并分析其是否有致脑出血效应。方法：应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片断长度多态性（PCR-RFLP）技术检测80名ICH患者和90名健康对照者的ACE基因型和等位基因,并用Logistic回归分析其致脑出血的效应。结果：170例样本中ICH组ACE DD基因型频率为35.0%,D等位基因频率51.9%,明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）;经Logistic回归分析,ACE DD基因型发病的相对危险度（OR）为2.923,与ACE非DD基因型OR值0.582相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,ACE DD基因型增加脑出血发生的概率。结论：ACE I/D基因多态性可能是ICH发病的独立遗传因素。
