二巯基丙磺酸钠治疗急性毒鼠强中毒临床疗效观察

目的 观察二巯基丙磺酸钠（Na-DMPS)治疗急性毒鼠强中毒临床疗效。方法 将一年半以前给予常规治疗的50例急性毒鼠强中毒患做为对照组，近一年半以来收治的48例做为治疗组，除给予常规治疗外，别加Na-DMPS。观察血清组织释放酶开始下降时间，平均住院日，死亡例数，治愈率，并进行比较。结果 治疗组与对照组血清组织释放酶开始下降时间，平均住院日，死亡例数，治愈率比较差异均有显性（P＜0．05）。结论 Na-DMPS对急性毒鼠强中毒疗效明显，可降低抽搐强度，缩短抽搐持续时间，延长抽搐间隔时间，降低组织释放酶水平及缩短持续时间，从而减轻器官功能损伤，减少呼吸衰竭的发生，缩短住院时间，降低死亡率，提高治愈率。

The clinical effect of Na-DMPS in treating acute tetramine poisoning

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Na DMPS in treating acute tetramine poisoning.Methods Fifty cases of acute tetramine poisoning received routine treatment one and a half years ago were regarded as the control group.And 48 cases treated in the recent one and a half years were given routine treatment and Na DMPS as the observed group.Their initiative decreasing time of serum tissue release enzyme,average hospitalization time,death cases and the curative rate were observed and compared.Results The results of the mentioned items between the two groups showed remarkable differences( P <0.05).Conclusion Treating acute tetramine poisoning with Na DMPS has a remarkable effect.It may decrease spasm intensity,shorten spasm time,prolong spasm interval and decrease the level of serum tissue release enzyme and persistent time.Therfore it can relieve organic functional injury,decrease the incidence of respiratory failure,shorten hospitalization time,decrease the death rate and increase the curative rate.
