福建省上杭县新型农村合作医疗满意度调查研究

目的：调查参合农民对新型农村合作医疗（新农合）的满意度，分析影响农民对其满意度的因素，为我国新农合特别是福建山区改进和优化新农合实施方案提供决策参考。方法：选取上杭县临江镇和临城镇2个乡镇200户农民作为调查对象，采用走村人户与农民面对面访谈的方式，通过事先设计好的调查问卷随机对其进行调查。结果：闻卷回收率为100%，调查数据显示农民对新农合的总体满意度为78．6％；参合方式、补偿方式、报销比例、定点医疗机构的相关情况、群众意见表达情况是影响新农合满意度的主要因素。结论：建议加大新农合的宣传力度，合理设置补偿方式及报销比例，有效运行定点医疗机构，建立农民利益表达机制，以增进农民对新农合的满意度，从而使其更快更好地发展。

Satisfaction study of new rural cooperative medical system of Shanghang county,Fujian province

Objective To study the farmers'satisfaction towards new rural cooperative medical system(NCMS) and analyze the affecting factors,so as to provide reference for improving and optimizing the program of NCMS especially for Fujian mountainous areas.Method 200 village families in Linjiang township and Lincheng township of Shanghang county were sampled and interviewed with questionnaires.Results The response rate was 100%.The data shows that 78.6% of the farmers were satisfied with NCMS.Meanwhile,participation means,the way and rate of reimbursement,designated medical institutes and feasibility of farmers'making complaints are the main factors that affect the satisfaction rate.Conclusions We suggest enhancing the propaganda for relative policies of NCMS,deciding reasonable reimbursement way and rate,running effectively designated medical institutes,setting up an expression channel for farmers to make the NCMS develop faster and better.
