| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改良森田疗法对康复期精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法将119例18～60岁。病程≥3年，进入康复期≥1月，PANSS评分≤28分，符合美国精神障碍诊断和统计标准第4版（DSMN）的精神分裂症患者．随机分为研究组和对照组。两组在常规药物治疗的同时分别合并改良森田疗法训练（研究组）和基本康复训练（对照组）。6周前后两组分别进行简明精神障碍评定量表（BPRS）和精神分裂症病人生活质量量表（SQLS）评定。结果入组时两组BPRS，SQLS测评无差异（t=1．093，0．118）。6周后两组BPRS总分无差异（t=1．865），两组训练治疗前后BPRS总分有显著性差异（（t=8．980，5．862）；研究组6周前后SQLS评分有显著性差异（t=2．644），对照组无差异（t=0．243）；两组6周后SQLS评分有显著性差异（t=2．741）。结论改良森田疗法明显改善康复期精神分裂症患者的生活质量，值得临床推广。
