| 摘 要： | 目的检测不同分化程度大肠癌组织中RAB 5AmRNA的表达。方法应用RT-PCR法检测60例不同分化程度的大肠癌组织标本中RAB5A基因表达。结果60例大肠癌组织中,RAB5AmRNA表达阳性率达100%(60/60),高低分化程度不同者RAB5A表达程度差异有显著性(P<0.01),随着大肠癌分化程度的降低,表达明显增高。结论RAB5A基因与大肠癌分化程度呈负相关,RAB5A在其中起调节作用,可作为预测肿瘤分化程度和预后的客观指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of RAB5A mRNA in well or poorly differentiated colorectal cancer.Method RTPCR technique was used to detect the expression of RAB5A mRNA in 60 cases of colorectal cancer.Result In 60 cases of differently differentiated colorectal cancer,the positive rate of RAB5A mRNA was 100%(60/60).The expression degree of RAB5A mRNA was significantly correlated with histologic differentiation(P<0.01).The poorer the colorectal cancer differentiated the higher the expression degree was.Conclusion RAB5A probably plays an important regulating role in the differentiation of colorectal neoplasm and may be used as an index to forecast potential of the tumor differentiation and prognosis. |
