| 摘 要： | 以ＣＬＣ－ＯＤＳ Ｃ１８为固定相，以甲醇－水进行梯度洗脱，采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定妈富隆中去氧孕烯和炔雌醇的含量。平均回经分别为９９．９％和１００．０％，ＲＳＤ均为０．４％。方法简便，快速，准确。

| Abstract: | Desogestrel (1) and ethinylestradiol (2) in Marvelon were separated and assayed by HPLC. The CLC ODS column, CH 3OH H 2O as mobile phase (gradient elution) and medroxyprogesterone acetate as internal standard were used. The detection of 1 and 2 was at 205 nm and 280 nm respectively. The method is simple, rapid and accurate. 1 and 2 have good linear relation and average recovery of 99.9% and 100.0%. |
