| 摘 要： | 提出并定义了偏离度的概念，将偏离度值的大小作为缓控释制剂处方优化的指标，并以此进行了纳曲酮植入剂的处方优化工作，取得了令人满意的结果。

| Abstract: | Deviation is defined as the difference of in vitro drug release rate between the target formulation and the actual formulation. Deviation can be used as an index for the formulation optimization of sustained or controlled release dosage forms. The formulation of naltrexone implants was optimized by using deviation as the index and the result was acceptable. |
