丹参治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床应用

目的：探讨丹参治疗重型颅脑损伤的疗效及其作用机制。方法：将７４例急重型颅脑损伤病人随机分为丹参组（ｎ＝３６）和对照组（ｎ＝３８），对丹参组应用丹参注射液静滴和常规行药物治疗及手术治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：丹参组外伤性脑水肿所致颅内高压持续时间平均为９７天，对照组为１３６天，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；丹参组血液流变学指标与对照组比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：丹参可改善重型颅脑损伤病人的血液流变学指标，减轻脑水肿，对脑组织有保护作用

CLINICAL USING OF RED SAGE ROOT TREATING SEVERE CRANIOCEREBRAL INJURY

Objective:Discussing therapeutic effectiveness and mechanism of action of red sage root treating severe craniocerebral injury.Method:Random dividing 74 cases of acute severe craniocerebral injury patients into two groups:red sage root group (n=36) and control group (n=38).We make red sage root injection intravenous in drop,routine drug therapy and operation therapy to red sage root group,then we contrast therapentic effectiveness of the two groups.Result:Duration of intracranial hypertension caused by traumatic cerebral edema of red sage root group is 9.7 days,and that of control group is 13.6 days,there are marked difference (P<0.05);and there are marked difference in blood rheological index between red sage root group and control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Red sage root can improve blood rheological index of severe craniocerebral injury,abate cerebral edema,and protect brain tissue.
