非洛地平与硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性轻、中度高血压对比研究

目的：比较非洛地平、硝苯地平缓释片的降压疗效。方法：原发性轻、中度高血压病人124例，分为非洛地平组66例，应用非洛地平（5mg、qd、po)，硝苯地平缓释片组58例，应用4硝苯地平缓释片（30mg,qd,po)，均连续应用8周。结果：2药降压有效率分别为79％，80％，2药比较差异不显。其中原发性轻度高血压患2药有效率分别为76％、81％，2药比较差异不显。原发性中度高血压患2药有效率辚85％，70％，示非洛地平组高于硝苯地平缓释片组，2药比较有显差异。2药在治疗后心率均下降，与用药前比较有非常显差异，但2药间比较差异不显。结论：2药降压作用均显，具有服药方便、副作用小等优点，适于单独应用治疗原发性轻、中度高血压。

The Efficacy of Febodipine Versus Nifedipine GITS in Essential Hypertension

Objective:To compair the efficacy of felodipine and nifedipine GITS in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:124 patients were randomly divided into felodipine treatment group (n=66) and nifedipine GITS reatment group (n=58).Felodipine treatmetn gruop was treated with felodipine (5mg,qd,po).Nifedipine GITS trearment group was treaded with nifedipine GITS (30mg,qd,po).The duration of treatmet was 8 weeks.Results:After the treatment by the two drugs,the clinical effective rate was 79%,80% respectively.No significant difference was found between these two groups.For mild hypertensive patients,the effective rate was 76%,81 respectively.No signficant difference was found between these two groups.Formoderate hypertensive patients,the effective rate was 85%,70% respectively .There was significant difference between these two groups.The heart rate decreased significantly after treatment in these two groups.But no significant difference was found between these two groups.Conclusion:Both of felodipine and nifedipine GITS are effective and safe hypertensive agent and suitable to patients with essential hypertension respectively and the incidence of adverse effect was rare in both groups.
