甲强龙对含顺铂化疗方案所致恶心、呕吐的疗效观察

目的:观察甲强龙、地塞米松加用恩丹西酮对恶性肿瘤含顺铂方案化疗所致恶心、呕吐的疗效及副作用.方法:把104例恶性肿瘤病人随机分成治疗组(甲强龙 恩丹西酮)54例和对照组(地塞米松 恩丹西酮)50例两组,观察各自对含顺铂化疗方案所致恶心、呕吐的疗效.结果:治疗组控制急性恶心、呕吐有效率分别为70.4%、85.2%,控制延迟性恶心、呕吐有效率分别为59.3%、83.3%;对照组控制急性恶心、呕吐有效率分别为68.0%、88.0%,控制延迟性恶心、呕吐有效率分别为60.0%、66.0%.结论:甲强龙、地塞米松与恩丹西酮合用均可有效控制含顺铂化疗方案所致恶心、呕吐,且副作用小、安全性好;而甲强龙在控制延迟性呕吐方面优于地塞米松.

Clinical evaluation of treatment effects of dixom, solu-medrol on gastrointinal reaction induced by DDP

Objective To observe the therapy and side effects of dixom,solu-medrol combined with ondanstron on auti-vomiting induced by DDP.Methods 104 cases of cancer were divided into two groups of dixom or solu-medrol combined with ondanstron.The response rate and side effects were evaluated between the two groups.Results The response rate of treatment group for acute auti-vomiting was 70.4% and 85.2% respectively and delayed auti-vomiting was 59.3% and 83.3%,and the response rate of control group for actute auti-vomiting was 68.0% and 88.0% respectivily and delayed auti-vomiting was 60.0% and 66.0%.Conclusion Treatment effects of two groups were certain with few side effects. Results show that the effect of treatment group would be better in treating delayed auti-vomiting.
