摘    要:目的:为了解初中学生焦虑情绪之现状。方法:采取分层抽样法,对一所初级中学不同级进行焦虑自评量表测评和动态分析。结果:同一年级不同学期及不同年级学生的焦虑自评分部分标准均值与全国常模相比,多个时期 有显著性差异,焦虑曲线呈马鞍型;女生焦虑水平高于男生。结论: 当前心理卫生工作的重点应该是对焦虑进行干预,力求降低学生的焦虑水平,以促进其心理健康发展。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the anxiety emotion of the junior high school students and to study its causes and regular pattern of changes.Methods We selected students from different grades and made them complete a self rating anxiety scale and some relative surveys.Results The average score of the testers here differs greatly from that of the national survey in terms of the anxiety level of students in different semesters and grades.The curve in the investigation diagram appears in the shape of a saddle with both first and third year much higher than the second year.And the anxiety among female students is more serious than that among the male ones.Conclusions We should empha size more in the actual practice of meddling and reducing the anxiety level of the students than in mere investigation,so that we can contribute more to the healthy development of their personality.
