肢体主干动脉复合损伤的分期修复

目的研究肢体主干动脉复合伤后血运重建的分期修复方法及疗效。方法收集2002年1月至2009年6月应用健侧肢体血管桥式交叉供血营养患肢、神经修复、导管取栓等方法治疗复杂肢体主干动脉损伤病例12例,其中股动脉损伤5例,腘动脉损伤3例,锁骨下动脉损伤1例,腋动脉损伤3例。结果随访3年,经彩色多普勒仪检查血管损伤段血流通畅,所有肢体血液供应良好,肢体外形及功能正常。结论应用健侧肢体血管桥式交叉供血营养患肢、神经修复、导管取栓等显微外科方法,可有效、快速恢复肢体主干动脉复合损伤的血液供应,适用于临床中不适宜进行血管直接吻合或游离血管移植,以及人工血管移植后感染、损伤后血栓形成等肢体主干动脉复合损伤的治疗。

Staged repairing the complex major artery injuries of limbs
