江苏常州市艾滋病流行特征与防治策略

目的分析常州市艾滋病病毒感染者(HIV)和艾滋病病人(AIDS)流行特征,提出HIV/AIDS防治对策。方法对常州市2000～2008年HIV/AIDS常规和哨点监测资料进行分析。结果2000～2008年常州市累计报告HIV/AIDS共378例,AIDS病人34例,死亡19例,近年HIV/AIDS报告例数明显增多;20～49岁年龄组占88.10%,15～19岁组占6.08%。男女性别比为3.5:1。各辖市区均有报告病例,以溧阳最高达42.37%。三种传播途径共存,传播途径以吸毒为主,占60.05%;性传播途径占25.66%。结论常州市近年艾滋病疫情发展迅速,开展疫情监测的同时,加强对吸毒者等高危人群、农村流动人口及青少年等弱势人群的艾滋病防治应作为以后工作的重点。

Analysis of AIDS Epidemic and Prevention Strategy in Changzhou City Jiangsu Province

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics and risk factors of HIV/AIDS in Changzhou city and to provide the basis for establishing strategy for preventing HIV/AIDS.Methods Data from routine and sentinel surveillance were collected and evaluated from 2000 to 2008 in Changzhou.Results The cumulative number of the reported HIV/AIDS was 378,patients 34 and death 19,the reported HIV/AIDS increased rapidly in recent years,the ratio of the cases aged from 20 to 49 occupied 88.10%,6.08%from 15 to 19.The ratio of male to female was 3.5.the cases were reported in the every district or county in Changzhou,42.37%reported in Liyang county.The main route of transmission was through IDU,occupying 60.05%,and that of sex contact occupied 25.66%.Conclusion The number of HIV/AIDS has increased rapidly in recent years in Changzhou. Effective strategies should be focused on the high risk groups and the vulnerable ones such as IDUs, floating workers and teenagers etc.
