| 摘 要： | 目的：分析膝关节军事训练伤早期关节镜检查和镜下治疗的价值。方法：对35例急性膝关节军事训练伤患者进行早期关切镜检查，均在镜下行手术治疗或关节清扫。结果：35例患者除证实的X线诊断外，另发现损伤21例，共29例在镜下治疗，优良率80．7％。结论：早期关节镜检查可全面评估损伤程度，提高诊断水平，镜下手术治疗具有创伤小、并发症少、功能恢复快以及疗效好等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analysis the clinical value and the curative effect of early arthroscopy.Methods: Examinations were performed in 35 case of acute knee joint injuries of military training and arthroscopic treatments were performed . Results:Besides the confirmation of the X-ray diagnoses,21 injuries were newly found in 35 cases under arthroscopic examinations; the excellent and good rate was 80.7% in 29 case under arthroscopic treatment.Conclusion: Early arthroscopic examination can evaluate the extent of the knee joint injuries completely and improve the diagnostic level; Arthroscopic treatment has the advantage of minimal injury, fewer complications, rapid function rehabilitation and good total curative effect. |
