| 摘 要： | 目的探讨液体弹簧(Liquid coil)联合α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯(NBCA胶)治疗高血流性脑血管畸形的方法和效果.方法总结我院自2000年1月至2004年9月对37例高血流性脑血管畸形患者采用此方法的临床资料,全部患者均先用Liquid coil进行栓塞,再用相应浓度的NBCA胶进行栓塞.结果37例患者脑血管畸形完全栓塞13例,80%以上栓塞10例,60%以上栓塞14例,临床效果优良.无再出血及死亡病例.结论严格掌握手术适应证与手术方法,Liquid coil联合NBCA胶栓塞治疗高血流性脑血管畸形可以达到满意的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the methods for embolization of high blood flow arteriovenous malformations using liquid coils combined with n-butyl-2-cyanoacrylate (NBCA). Methods The clinical data of 37 patients with high blood flow arteriovenous malformations admitted to our hospital from January 2000 to September 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All operations were successful. Total occlusion was achieved in 13 patients, over 80% embolization in 10 patients and 60 % in 14 patients. The patients were perfectly recovered without death and intracranial hemorrhage after operation. Conclusion Liquid coils combined with NBCA for embolization of high blood flow arteriovenous malformations can result in satisfactory surgical outcomes. |
