白芍中芍药苷及其衍生物的UPLC-MS/MS分析

摘    要:目的:采用超高效液相色谱与四级杆-线性离子阱串联质谱联用技术(UPLC-Q-Trap MS-MS)对白芍中单萜糖苷类成分进行分析和鉴别.方法:用Acquity UPLC BEH C18色谱柱,以0.1%甲酸水溶液(A)乙腈(B)为流动相梯度洗脱,使用ESI离子源,在负离子模式下采集数据,数据采集范围m/z100~1200,雾化气124.¨kPa,脱溶剂气103.43 kPa,气帘气206.85kPa;离子源温度为450℃;离子喷雾电压为-4.5 kV;结果:白芍中化学成分获得了较好的分离和检测,共推测出6个糖苷类化合物的化学结构;结论:该方法灵敏度高,分离度好,适用于白芍中单萜糖苷类成分的快速分析与结构鉴定.
