| 摘 要： | 目的分析用药差错的原因,探讨减少用药差错的有效策略。方法结合我院药师工作中的实例进行分析。结果用药差错不仅影响医患和谐,而且损害患者的身心健康。结论采取有效的策略能减少或杜绝差错的发生,有利于保证患者安全、合理用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the causes of medication error, and explore the effective strategies to reduce medication error. Methods Medication error was studied with the cases regarding to the pharmacist＇s work. Results Medication error not only affects the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, but also threats the physical and mental health of patients. Conclusions Effective strategies can reduce or prevent the occurrence of medication error, and will help to ensure patient＇s safety and rational use of medicine. |
