HE4与卵巢癌的相关性研究进展

卵巢肿瘤是女性生殖器常见的三大恶性肿瘤之一,其预后与分期、病理类型及分级、年龄等有关,提高卵巢癌的早期诊断率有助于提高患者的生存率,所以卵巢癌的早期诊断及治疗一直是妇科肿瘤关注的重点。人附睾蛋白4(human epididymis protein4,HE4)是近年来提出的一种新的肿瘤标志物,在卵巢癌组织和患者的血清中均高表达,在卵巢正常组织中低水平表达或不表达。因此探讨HE4与卵巢癌的关系对于卵巢恶性肿瘤的早期诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗监测和预后评估有着极其重要的意义。

Advances in Research of HE4 and Ovarian Cancer

Ovarian tumor is one of the three familiar malignancies in the female genital tumors, which prognosis is relevant to the stage, pathologic type and age. An increase of early diagnosis rate of ovarian cancer will significantly improve the survival rate of patients. Early diagnosis and timely treatment of ovarian tumors is always drawing many gynecological tumor researchers＇ attention. Human epididymis protein 4 （HE4） is a new tumor marker proposed in the recent years, which has high expression in the tissues and serums of ovarian cancer patients, and low expression or no expression in normal ovarian tissues, Therefore, research on relationship between HE4 and ovarian tumors has an extremely important significance in early diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment surveillance and prognosis evaluation of malignant ovarian tumors.
