枸地氯雷他定联合西咪替丁治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹疗效观察

目的探讨枸地氯雷他定联合西咪替丁治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法 80例慢性特发性荨麻疹患者随机两组。观察组采用枸地氯雷他定片联合西咪替丁治疗,对照组采用左西替利嗪联合西咪替丁治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应及生活质量。结果观察组治愈率为65.0%,总有效率90.0%,均明显高于对照组(37.5%,70.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前观察组和对照组生活质量指数总分分别为(13.89±3.09)分和(13.98±3.03)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组的总分分别为(4.50±2.05)分和(8.68±2.31)分,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论枸地氯雷他定联合西咪替丁与左西替利嗪联合西咪替丁均可安全、有效治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹,但前者起效更迅速、治疗效果更好。

The Clinical Efficacy of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Combined with Cimetidine for Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria

Objective To explore the clinical effect and security of desloratadine citrate disodium combined with cimetidine for chronic idiopathic urticaria. Methods 80 chronic idiopathic urticaria patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group received the treatment of desloratadine citrate disodium combined with cimetidine. The control group received the treatment of levocetirizine combined with cimetidine. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and quality of life were compared. Results The total recovery rate of the observational group was 65.0% and the total effective rate was 90.0%. The total recovery rate of the control group was 37.5% and the total effective rate was 70.0%. The comparison had significant difference in effective rate and recovery rate between the observational group and control group （P 〈0.05）. Before treatment, the total life quality index in the observational and control group were 13.89 ± 3.09, 13.98± 3.03 respectively, with no significant difference between them （P 〉0.05）. Alter treatment, the total life quality index in the two groups were 4.50 ± 2.05, 8.68 ± 2.31 respectively, with significant difference between them （P 〈0,05）. Conclusions Desloratadine citrate disodium combined with cimetidine and levocetirizine combined with cimetidine are both safe and effective in treating chronic idiopathic urticaria, but desloratadine citrate disodium combined with cimetidine has rapid onset and better treatment effect.
