臭氧联合射频微创介入手术治疗颈腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

摘    要:目的观察联合应用臭氧髓核消融和射频靶点热凝方法治疗颈腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选取2012年1月至2012年6月来我院就诊治疗的120例颈、腰椎间盘突出症患者,在CT引导下,行臭氧髓核消融联合射频靶点热凝治疗,统计并记录患者临床治疗资料。结果手术前和术后1天、1周、1月VAS评分依次为8.11、1.88、1.79、0.53,术后显著下降;术后3天和3月按照MacNab方法进行评估,其有效率分别为86.67%和89.17%,均提示手术疗效显著。结论联合应用臭氧髓核消融术和射频靶点热凝术治疗颈椎间盘突出症和腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,安全性高,操作简单,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the combination of ozone nucleus pulposus ablation and RF target fuser in treatment of cervical and lumbar disc herniation. Methods 120 patients with cervical lumbar disc herniation from January 2012 to June 2011 in our hospital were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone nucleus pulposus ablation under the CT guidance. The clinical data were recorded and summarized. Results The VAS scores before the operation and 1 day, 1 week, I month after the operation was 8.11, 1.88, 1.79 and 0.53 respectively. The effective rate 3 days and 3 months after the operation was 86.67% and 89.17% respectively according to Macnab criteria, which showed significant curative effect. Conclusions Radiofxequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone nucleus pulposus ablation in the treatment of Cervical disc herniation and Lumbar disc herniation has significant curative effect, high security and simple operation, which is worthy of clinical application.
