瑞芬太尼复合七氟烷在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中应用效果探讨

目的探讨瑞芬太尼复合七氟烷全麻在妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉临床疗效和安全性。方法选择2011年1月至2012年1月在我院妇科住院治疗的104例腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将本研究入选患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者维持用七氟烷和静脉持续输注芬太尼进行麻醉,而实验组患者维持用七氟烷和静脉持续输瑞注芬太尼进行麻醉,观察两组患者整个手术过程中低血压、高血压、心动过缓和缺氧情况,同时,观察患者麻醉起效时间、术中麻醉效果、肌肉松弛情况和并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者的麻醉起效时间、麻醉效果及肌肉松弛效果明显短于/优于对照组(P<0.05),且对照组和实验组患者在不良反应发生率上差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼复合七氟烷应用于妇科腹腔镜手术患者麻醉效果确切,该方案具有血流动力学稳定、患者术后苏醒快和苏醒质量高等特点,值得进一步推广,促进我国麻醉事业的快速发展。

Application Effect of Combined Reminfentanil and Seveflurance on Gynaecological Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective To investigate the anesthesia clinical efficacy and safety of combined reminfentanil and seveflurance on gynaecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods 104 gynaecological patients with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group received the sevoflurane and fentanyl for anesthesia, while the experimental group received the reminfentanil and seveflurance for anesthesia. The operation situation and complications were observed. Results The anesthetic onset time, anesthetic effect and muscle relaxation effect in the experimental group were shorter / better than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）. There was not statistically significant in the adverse reaction rate between two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Combined reminfentanil and seveflurance on gynaecological laparoscopic surgery has exact effect and the characteristic of stable haemodynamics, fast postoperative awakening and high awakening quality, which is worthy of application.
