梗阻性慢性前列腺炎中医病因病机探讨

梗阻性慢性前列腺炎是慢性前列腺炎一个特殊类型,发病率逐年增高。主要原因是长期纤维炎性延至膀胱颈导致膀胱颈纤维化或膀胱痉挛,表现为膀胱出口梗阻,尿动力学改变明显。其危害性较大,目前单纯西药治疗效果差,甚至需手术治疗,越来越受到重视。常规中医中药治疗效果亦不甚理想,究其原因可能是对其中医病因病机认识不足,必须对其重新探讨。根据长期临床观察,我们发现瘀阻精道、伏毒内蕴、正气不足是梗阻性慢性前列腺炎主要病因病机,由此指导临床治疗可取得较满意效果。

Exploration on TCM Etiology and Pathogenesis of Obstructive Chronic Prostatitis

Obstructive chronic prostatitis is a special type of chronic prostatitis, with increased incidence rate year by year. The main reason is long-term fiber inflammatory extending to bladder neck thus leading to bladder neck fibrosis or bladder spasm, with clinical manifestations of bladder outlet obstruction and significant urodynamic changes. Chronic prostatitis are being paid more and more attention due to its greater harm to patients, poorer treatment effect by western medicine alone at present, or even surgical treatment. Conventional Chinese medicine treatment is also dissatisfying with possible reason of insufficient understanding of its TCM etiology and pathogenesis, which needs to be reappraised. Based on our long-term clinical observation, we found that ＂stasis blocking essence road, intrinsic toxicity, deficiency of healthy Qi＂ are the main etiology and pathogenesis of obstructive chronic prostatitis, which would guide clinical treatment to achieve more satisfactory effectiveness.
